I am Srinath. I have spent fifteen years selling real estate in Hyderabad, and I got tired of how little useful information there is for the people actually building businesses here. So I started writing it down.
Who I am
Fifteen years in real estate, starting at Building Block Group, where I sold across more than fifteen different products — apartments, plots, villas, commercial. Today I am a team head at Terralink Synergy LLP.
Along the way I wrote a book, Science of Learning. I also work as an AI generalist and business automation consultant, which is how this site gets published every week by one person instead of a team.
That combination is unusual, and it is the reason hydz.in exists. I know what a Hyderabad business owner is actually deciding, because I have sat across the table from a few thousand of them. And I know how to build systems that do the work of five people.
What this site is for
Hyderabad has no shortage of business news. It has a serious shortage of business news you can act on.
Most coverage is press releases rewritten. Government schemes get announced and vanish into PDFs nobody reads. Consultants quote subsidy percentages from policy periods that expired two years ago. Meanwhile there are business owners in this city sitting on capital subsidies, SGST reimbursements and interest subvention they never claimed, because nobody told them plainly what they qualify for.
The Telangana Growth Brief is my attempt to fix that. Every Thursday: what changed in Telangana business, one government incentive explained properly — eligibility, value, application link, deadline — and where money is actually moving in India. Six minutes. Free.
How I work
Primary sources only. Every government scheme and statistic here is checked against the official portal or the actual government order before publication. Not a consultant's blog. Not a news article about the announcement. The source document.
I say when I do not know. If a policy period has lapsed or a figure is unconfirmed, I say so and let you decide what to do with it. Confident-sounding guesses are worse than useless when you are making a business decision.
I correct mistakes in public. If I get something wrong, the correction goes on the page with the date, not quietly deleted.
